Who can legally bind your company for the issuance of FCR, warehouse certificates, warrants and other documents? Is your company a member of a national or international association (FIATA or other)?
Our company is the acting member of the National Association – Ukrainian Association of International Freight Forwarders (UAIFF) (certificate attached). We are authorized to issue FIATA documents (FCR, FWR, FCT, etc.). The authorised signatories are Mr. Yakovlev Stanislav – General Manager, certified with FIATA Diploma, Mr. Pyschev Yuriy – Executive manager, certified with FIATA Diploma ((see Sertificates section)). UNTC standard FCR form attached. FCR issued by our company meets all requirements listed in your inquiry.
